Interim Youth Pastor (Part Time, Fixed Term)

Are you passionate about seeing young people encounter Jesus and grow in their God-given identity? South West London Vineyard (SWLV) is seeking a gifted and enthusiastic Interim Youth Pastor to lead and shape our ministry to 11–18s during an important interim season.
This role will be instrumental in casting vision, building teams and developing inspiring, kingdom-focused youth provision both within the church and in the local community. You will oversee Sunday youth gatherings, lead discipleship and pastoral care, coordinate events and trips (including DTI and residentials), and cultivate a welcoming, Christ-centred environment where young people can thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is deeply committed to Christ, His Church and Christian leadership
- Has experience working with young people (professionally or voluntarily)
- Is an excellent communicator and team player
- Understands safeguarding best practice
- Resonates with Vineyard vision and values (or is eager to learn)
- Brings energy, integrity, organisation and relational warmth
Admin Assistant (Part Time, Fixed Term)

South West London Vineyard (SWLV) is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the life and ministries of the church during an important interim season.
This varied and hands-on role will provide vital administrative support across multiple ministry areas, particularly VKids and Growbaby, as well as helping ensure the smooth running of the church office. From coordinating volunteer teams and processing DBS checks, to managing stock, updating ChurchSuite, and supporting church events, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes enabling ministry to flourish.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is exceptionally well organised, with strong attention to detail
- Has experience providing high-quality administrative support
- Communicated confidently with a wide range of people and organisations
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Is proactive, flexible and able to juggle competing priorities
- Is sympathetic to the vision and values of SWLV
