Exploring Faith is a space to ask questions and discuss the Christian faith in a relaxed and accessible way. Sessions run at The Yard on Tuesdays, looking at the life of Jesus through the TV series ‘The Chosen’. Tea and coffee is served and you can stay for as much or little as you’d like.
Baptism is a wonderful and powerful experience for those being baptised as they celebrate new life, and is a statement of faith to their family and friends. It’s a beautiful celebration and offering to God, to say ‘thank you’ for letting us be part of His great redemptive plan.
We are running Youth Alpha for school year
7 + 8 this term starting 21 April.
Most of our older youth should have already done the Youth Alpha Course but if not, they will have the choice to join in again, or attend parallel sessions discussing how the Christian faith interacts with contemporary topics in an age appropriate way.
You are invited to join parents and carers to look at what it is to guide children through the next stage of childhood and build strong family relationships.
In the Autumn term, we plan to run Practicing the Way Course; an eight-week series looking at practical ways for us all to follow Jesus in our busy, distracted and increasingly secular culture.
