Growbaby provides good quality, new and second-hand clothes and equipment for 0-5 year olds. This service is completely free of charge, to anyone who needs it, regardless of their income, background, or faith.
Growbaby runs by appointment only. Visit our calendar and search ‘Growbaby’ to book a date that suits you.
Guests are welcome to attend Growbaby once a month, if repeat visits are helpful for families.

All services provided at the Yard are for anyone who needs them regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender identity, ideology, income, national origin, race or sexual orientation. Come as you are.
The Yard is our base for a range of community-focused initiatives including Tea + Toast, Job Club, Foodbank, Growbaby, Exploring Faith and much more. There’s always a warm welcome.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team and offered complimentary refreshments. There is space for your little ones to play while we assist you with the items you need. The Yard is a warm, welcoming space where you can relax, enjoy some quiet time, or connect with others.
In addition to clothing and equipment, we offer a selection of toys, games and books that you are welcome to take home. Our goal is for you to leave Growbaby feeling supported and equipped with everything you might need.
We rely on donations of new and (good quality) used clothes and equipment. Please make sure you are in contact before you drop items off as we are short on storage space. We will happily accept any of the following items:
– Toiletries, hygiene products, feminine hygiene products
– Formula, nappies, baby wipes, toothbrushes and toothpaste
– Cots, prams and baby equipment
– Books, toys and jumperoos
– Good quality, new and second-hand clothes and shoes for children age 0-5 years old
We really appreciate it when you clean the items and make sure they are in full working order before you bring them to us as we have a very small team and so your help with this is invaluable to us. Many thanks.
