Update on COVID Measures: From 27 January

Following the Prime Minister's statement on 19 January that the measures put in place under plan B in England will be lifted, we wanted to update you on what measures will be in place at our Sunday services for everyone's safety & well-being.

We will keep the situation under review and will advise you as to any further changes that become necessary over the coming weeks:

Face Coverings
From 27 January there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. As the government suggests that we continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where we may come into contact with other people we do not normally meet, we will continue to encourage the wearing of face coverings during Sunday services.

Coloured Stickers
Self-selected coloured stickers (Green/ Amber/ Red) will still be available for those who wish to keep using them to help make clear to others our appetite for risk.

Layout
We will continue with the more informal layout of chairs, maintaining a degree of distancing.

Tea & Coffee
We will be serving tea & coffee in the Main Hall from 10am - 10:30am. Please bring your own reusable cups as we only have a limited number of mugs available for those who are new.

Ministry
We will also continue to create space for ministry at the end of the service and would encourage you to come with any words or impressions you may feel the Lord has given you. During ministry we politely request that we maintain a respectful distance from one another and please ask permission from those being ministered to before laying-on of hands.

Red Zone
To make our services as accessible as possible, the balcony will remain available as a 'red' zone where measures will remain in place including the wearing of face-coverings and social distancing.

VKids & Youth
For our younger members, VKids & Youth are resuming normal service.
