Vision
We passionately want our children to come to church and have fun, to build real friendships and to learn what it is to be a family of followers of Jesus who: love and serve God, love and serve one another and love and serve the world in which we live.
We want VKids to be a fun, safe, engaging space for children to hear about God and experience his love in an age appropriate way. And we also want our kids to get involved! When we say “everyone gets to play” we mean the kids get to help with different aspects of the morning too.
To make all of this possible we have specially trained, DBS checked volunteer teams who have a real heart for children and families.
To get regular emails about all that is going on in VKids, make sure a parent/carer has filled out the connect card below so we can register you, get to know you and help you connect in.
Info for Sundays
The check in desk opens at 10.15 at the entrance to the sports hall where you will be greeted by a member of our VKids team – you can recognise our team as they will be the ones wearing aqua blue t-shirts.
We provide a snack during the teaching time (a choice of banana, satsuma or raisins, then the Going Deeper group also get popcorn and graze bars). If your child has any allergies, please do let us know when you check them in. We look forward to meeting you in VKids!
Please send your child(ren) in with a water bottle.
Parents:
You’ll be given a wristband. You’ll need this to collect your child at the end of the morning.
Kids:
You’ll be given two name labels. One to stick on you, the other to give to your group leader.
